Q: does this motor contain the time delay switch that causes the wipers to provide pulse actions ? does this motor contain the time delay switch that causes the wipers to provide pulse actions ? Or does it need a separate time delay switch to make it work.

A: This particular wiper motor (21-5000) does not contain the time delay switch. Wiper motors are vehicle-specific, so be sure to find the motor specifically engineered for your vehicle.

Q: does the wiper motor run both wipers, only my drivers side works only drivers side works,is it the wiper motor

A: The one wiper motor connects to a wiper transmission that connects to both wipers and causes the wipers to move back and forth. If one wiper is working and the other is not, it is not a wiper motor issue in most cases there is another issue. We recommend that you visit your local Canadian Tire Auto Center to have it looked at.
