Q: I know it takes upto a 32GB SD card but are there any brand that are known to not be compatible with this camera?

    1 Answer
    • A: We recommend SanDisk class 4 or higher. Please also ensure you complete a full format on the card. We also recommend labeling the card to match the camera to ensure there are no compatability issues if you have multiple camera brands.

Q: How many hours does the 4GB SD card record and how well does it record at night? If I want to record a 10 or 12 hour period - even when motion activated - will it last this long?

    1 Answer
    • A: The camera records video in 30 second intervals followed by a period of “sleep” between triggers. The size of each video is dependent on a number of factors so the amount records I is hard to determine as it is largely situational. Nighttime video although 720p resolution is recorded in black and white on an infrared camera. Additionally keeping an animal in front of the cameras for a continuous 10hrs in next to impossible.
