Keyless entry is so convenient

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We just changed out our locks so we used this at my parents home and they are used to lock pads like this but this was like an upgrade to the system they had before. It looks nice and everyone is able to use it including my elderly grandparents.

Solid lock

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This product came packaged very well and the instructions were easy to follow. The pass key was also easy to set up and total time took about an hour from start to finish. I used this for the inner garage door for added safety. It uses 4 double A batteries which aren’t included. The only downside was the autolock function doesn’t work on our door because the hole doesn’t line up properly and we needed to manually push on the door for it to lock. But it was fixable by chiselling the door and strike plate to make the hole bigger.

A great lock

Bought this to replace a Keiser brand panel with a failed keypad - so far it has been great. The touchpad doesn't freeze in very cold weather, and installation was simple and easy.

Great lock, easy install

I love the look and easy install, but I will complain about the inside knob that locks and unlocks the door from the inside. In all locks that I have ever come by, to lock, you turn the handle to a horizontal position (matches the way you turn the latch), and to unlock, you turn the handle vertical, but this lock is exactly opposite. To lock you turn the handle vertical. Maybe it's just me, or maybe because my lock is on the left, but now I have to think about it every time i look at the door whether the door is locked or not. Also, the 2 light flashes when you lock the door from the outside to me look more Red than Amber, so I did spend some time thinking it was installed incorrectly, when in fact it was ok. Otherwise I'm very pleased with the lock

Quality lock
