Nice looking but cheap latch setup

I installed this 1 week ago in my garage door and worked fine until last night,. went to open...lever turns but latch would not open....had to take apart and pry latch out as the piece inside latch broke.....not happy....and cheap light duty latch ... not impressed.

Terrible experience

I ordered a product online and picked it up from the store’s locker, only to find it was an open-box item with scratches and missing bolts. I had to waste more time and money driving back the same day to return it. There was no replacement available, and Canadian Tire offered zero compensation for my time or gas.
The Schlage product itself might be fine, but Canadian Tire’s service was absolutely unacceptable. Terrible customer experience.

A: As far as I can tell, it is not Z-wave compatible. This is just an electronic handle set, nothing more. That being said, it has worked absolutely flawlessly every single day so far.

A: The temperature range is -40 to 180 degrees fahrenheit for exterior & interior. Humidity is 100% condensing for the exterior and 30- 95% non-condensing for the interior.
