lbought the Weiser Elements Keyless Entry Handleset with Deadbolt while it was on sale, but during installation I discovered that one of the handle locks wasn’t functioning. It made me suspect that the item may have been previously returned by another customer and put back on the shelf for sale. I decided not to return it because it would have meant uninstalling all the other locks, so I reinstalled my old lock for the part that didn’t work. I strongly suggest that others check whether the packaging has been opened before purchasing to avoid this issue.

The handle is great however I was not able to use the rest of the kit as this was a replacement door handle and the holes didn’t line up. Even though the old one was also a Weiser

Door handle does not work doesn’t seem to connect to each other

I had professionals put this on my new door the dead bolt works fine but the handle doesn’t connect i only have one entry to my unit and I was locked out. I had to have a neighbour crawl through a second story window. I ducked tape the door handle so I could still lock my door until I can get it sorted
