NON REFILLABLE!!!

WHY, WHY would you put out a product that is only single use. They charge enough for it, you should be able to remove the top and refill and reuse this!.

OK…. So WD-40 FINALLY brings back a metal, trigger spray can. BUT, some genius decides to make it “non-refillable”. Whoever decided that must not use WD-40 much. I LOVE WD-40, but that is just dumb….
(Sure glad this handyman can MAKE IT refillable!)

Product is great - can is misleading.

On cursory view, the can appears to have a screw-off lid, which appealed to me because I buy WD-40 in gallon cans. The lid DOES NOT screw off. When it is empty, you have to buy a new one. Very disappointing

It's WD40. Nothing more needs to be said.
With regards to the Non-Aerosol sprayers - I have had a few of the early models, the plastic ones. Good spray, but bad for durability. Knock them onto the floor and it's 50-50 if it will survive - at least in my shop.
These new cans are excellent! And yeah, officially, you can't refill them. But I would bet that there is a legal reason why the company doesn't make them refillable, nor tell them you can. My feelings are if you use WD40, you are already pretty darn handy. You know which end of a screwdriver to use, and with a hammer, you hold the wooden part and hit the mail with the metal part. It's not too hard to figure out, you just need to trim off the bottom ring - much like a bottle of water or pop/soda. Do that - carefully - and you have a really nice, durable WD40 refillable spray bottle.

Wish it could be refillable. I bought a gallon of WD-40 thinking the sprayer bottle could be refilled. Sadly isn't so I had to buy a different sprayer. Otherwise great product!

A: Yes. The entire top pops off (Sprayer and red cover), refill it and push the top back on. Takes a bit of force, but it works.
