had i bothered to find out what 1.8 gpm meant i probably wouldn't have bought this shower head. it works fine and you can't fault the product since it is clearly labelled but you should know it's not a cozy shower.
also the hose is a bit shorter than my last waterpic which seems to be discontinued. again i could have clocked that if i hadn't been so desperate for a replacement.
hence i must give this product the 5 star rating because the design is easy to manipulate and installation is a breeze. you don't even need teflon tape. it has a little pleasure setting and it looks great in my shower!

This shower head system works well, is constructed with quality materials and performs great. All 4 spray settings perform as described and the head handle is easy to hold even with soapy hands. Easy to install as well. No tools needed. I recommend this system for anyone looking for an affordable option to the stationary basic shower head.

Great for my back and neck pain

I tend to get neck & back pains and this showerhead has 4 different spray options including 2 different massage modes. Plus, it comes with a 5 foot hose. It was easy to install. I would recommend this product to anyone who suffers sore muscles and joints to relax them while showering.
