Hairline cracks in the Brass.

Hairline cracks in the Brass. I had a very small plumbing fix in my house, I used 8 of these elbows. When I turned the water on one of the elbows leaked. I though maybe I had a bad crimp, No, it was leaking from the corner of the brass. I shut the water off, cut the crimp bands off, pulled out that section of the pex from the wall, replaced that length of pex, reinstalled in the wall, and then crimped in another elbow from this box of 25. Of course that part leak as well, in the same place. Pulled that section out of the wall again, went to another supplier and bought a 10 pack of another brand brass elbows and crimped it in. No problems. Using a microscope I checked the rest of the box and found a third elbow fresh from the box with another crack in the corner. These are very small cracks that cause a very small leak, something that is hard to see. If you install these in your wall and cover it all up with drywall you are going to have over time water and mold problems. Use these at your own risk.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Bending both space and time.

Oh, the 1/2" PEX 90-degree elbow, my little plumbing Picasso! Let me tell you, this tiny wonder is the kingpin of turning corners with the grace of a ballet dancer on steroids. You might think, "It's just an elbow," but no, my friends, it's the bendiest little lifesaver since the yoga mat! Picture this: You've got your PEX piping flowing through your walls like a serpentine river of water wizardry, and suddenly, BAM! You hit a wall. Literally. What do you do? You summon the mighty 90-degree elbow! It's like the MacGyver of plumbing. One moment, it's all straight lines, and the next, you've got this elegant bend that says, "I defy physics, and I make it look good." Installation? Easier than teaching a cat to use the toilet. Just snap it in, and boom, you've got yourself a crisp 90-degree turn that even Pythagoras would high-five you for. The only thing easier is ordering pizza online. And, trust me, it's way more satisfying than trying to bend copper pipes like some sort of medieval blacksmith. This elbow is so sharp that it could be a stand-up comedian, but it's not gonna leak its secrets like a faucet with a loose handle. No sir, it's got your back, or should I say, your bend? If you need water to take a turn for the better, this little champion is your new BFF (Best Fitting Friend). So, if you're in the market for a 90-degree turn that will change your plumbing game forever, look no further than the 1/2" PEX 90-degree elbow. It’s the elbow you never knew you needed, and now you won't be able to live without. Buy one, buy ten, because once you've experienced the magic of this elbow, you'll be straight-up bending over backward to get more.
