Works as Advertised though awkward to use for newbies and not obvious how to properly remove.

Confusing to use, in that you don’t spread the handles apart like regular tools, you have to Pull down on the front one to make the ‘mouth’ fully open so that you can freely remove it from the pipe after clamping. (It does say this in the instructions but they are hard to read) . All that said - the actual ‘crimping’ worked Every time in 1 press even for a clumsy newbie like myself. Which is why it got 4 stars. (I would have given it 3 stars for how convoluted and confusing it was to initially try to get the tool into and out of position (especially in tight areas). BUT it does DO its job quite effectively. And it comes with a tool for measuring whether it clamped the ring to the correct diameter. (Which is a MUST tool to keep with the tool to ensure it’s always properly fitted).
