what a waist of money. Doesn't tighten to of water jug, and when pressing the pump, it jumps up because it is not tight. Will return to store and go purchase at store that sells quality products. Would not recommend anyone to purchase

Bought 1 month ago. Works very well. Bought for a 15L jug. Didn't realize I was not science smart 🤦🏼‍♀️ So I finally realized I need to pour out about 2-3 cups of the water to allow space for the long straw like pieces. Then I need to insure the top is secure. This allows the pump to to work with the help of air pressure, so you have good water flow and you don't have a workout. Don't give up. It works great when you figure out the science stuff.
