One Star is too much

Warn knowingly sells defective, low quality winches. Save yourself the aggravation and buy a cheap Champion winch. It will last longer and save you money.

Pathetic product from Warn

I purchased this winch for my polaris ranger last winter (feb 2021) after my previous warn bit the dust. It was a set down from my previous, but did great for just lifting the plow blade up and down. I use a snatch block and it really only spools 1-2ft all winter. With occational trail use through summer (very light), i expected this winch to putlast the utv. It started to show issue last week when plowing, it would "power out" up or down at complete random times. Turns out (after a new battery and solenoid) that the winch drum is cracked straight through. The clutch is bound up now, so no free wheel. And i am VERY disappointed.
No, I do not recommend this product.
