this is not a bad review on the item but on Canadian tire as a company. I was absolutely discussed when I opened the package to discover 2 of the attachments were USED, they have a gross yellow residue which appears to be lotion/dead skin.. not to mention 2 other attachments were completely missing from the kit l, and lastly a random attachment that doesn't even fit on the massager.. will b returning and never buying anything involving personal hygiene from Canadian tire again.

Having injured my left knee cartlidge and in alot of pain....I saw this product and decided to try it. Glad I did...not only does it have light and heavy duty massage...it also provides heat where you need it. Definitely worth the price..you won't be disappointed!!

Amazing Massager especially for sore neck. We've had one of these for years, we inherited it from family and it must have been over 40 years old when it quit. So glad that we could find the same one still available with the added Heat bonus. Thanks Wahl.

Q: Is the heat variable? Is there a switch Are there variable settings for the heat, or is there a separate switch for the heat to activate once the machine is powered on? What are the attachments made of? Does the heat penetrate through these attachments?

A: The Wahl Heat Therapy Massager has two separate switches; one switch which provides a heat setting either high, low or off and a second switch which provides massage activation either high, low or off. The heat setting is used only with the Deep Heat attachment. This attachment has a metal plate which is smooth and the wide heat applicator provides heat with two heat options either low or high heat. The Massage setting can be used with 7 attachments (knuckle joint attachment, muscle kneading attachment, general body attachment, scalp stimulator, facial vitalizer, deep muscle stimulator, or spot applicator) depending on the massage preferred or area to be massaged. There are two massaging speeds Low for soothing massage or High for vigorous, deep penetrating action. These attachments are made of flexible plastic.

A: We are not entirely familiar with the intent of the question (rotation on a massager) but this massager does not rotate. The pressure is straight forward - more of an "up and down" than a circular motion.
