Roll my issues away

This foam roller is great! It's firm but very comfortable especially when you need to put pressure on a spot. I have been using it to release tension in my back and my calves. It has really helped my back. At work I am always hunched over so this helps me feel straight. I would highly recommend it to anyone having muscle issues and tightness.
