"Feel-good" positioning

These handles allow me to do push-ups despite the arthritic pain I feel in my hands, especially my thumbs. There is an angle to the grip which allows me to switch from an inclined hand position to a declined position and I can use the position that feels better in that moment.

Nice idea as a bigger girl these do not work for me as I can’t physically do push ups yet very sturdy they grip to the floor which is nice so it doesn’t slip I do recommend this for gym people

Lightweight and amazing grip

It’s perfect for anyone anywhere to workout and stay fit and healthy. Love the inclined design and levelling feet , which gives it extra stability. It got good grip and very light weight. I could even dissemble in a fraction of seconds and keep it in my vacation bag . Only thing is I wish it came with a storage bag. Apart from that it’s amazing. No regrets while travelling, or no tension if I can’t make it to the gym . It’s so easy to set up , not bulky, sleek . So happy with this push-up non slip Handle set from Wake athletic .
