What a dumbbell

I bought this since I was in the market for 3lb weight for my physiotherapy. It certainly feels like 3lb weight. What else is there. If you’re reading this, this is just a weight. Its does wjat it supposed to do. Wrote this review since CT is shooting emails asking for it.
