I am so thankful to have received this amazing product from @influenster and @canadiantire for this amazing all in one work out machine. Excuse the basement area it’s in…basement is under Reno right now!
Let’s focus on this machine so first right out of package it’s best put together with two people. We found it a bit tricky at first as the parts weren’t numbered to match the instructions but we figured it out. The pulley system was a challenge but again we figured it out. Once put together we noticed it’s a pretty sturdy model. It’s weighted at 100lbs so it’s great for beginners or to use as maintenance but anyone who regularly works and lifts more would grow out of this machine for weight quickly. It has a lot of ways to use the machine which is great. It’s basically a full body work out, one stop shop machine which is so convenient and makes working out at home efficient and “easy” it’s still heavy 🫣😜
I am so thankful have had the chance to try this machine and it will get lots of use here! I have actually referred this machine to a few others who have went and purchased one! Great all in one machine!

Absolutely love my gym at home. I don’t need to worry rushing to the gym during winter season. I love the design and setup it was super easy to assemble together. I don’t need to miss my anymore due to snowstorm because wake athletic multi purpose full body home gym got me covered !

I like this machine because it's quite versatile for doing several exercises at home, and it comes with several accessories. There are a variety of pulley exercises for working the biceps, triceps, shoulders, and back muscles. There's a resistance arm for chest exercises. For the lower body, you can work the hamstrings, quadriceps, and glutes. The seat is made of foam covered in vinyl. It's comfortable and seems to be of good quality. The weight stack is adjustable up to 45 kg (100 lb). I wish the instructions had been a little easier to understand; we had some difficulty figuring them out as a team of two, but we managed. It took us about 3 hours to assemble.

I got the WA:KE Athletic Multi-Purpose Full Body Home Gym, and it came in a box. All the parts were packed well. The instructions were clear, and I was able to build it by myself. It took some time, but it was not too difficult.
After setting it up, the machine feels strong and stable. It is good for full-body workouts like arms, chest, legs, and back. The 100 lb weight capacity is enough for home exercise and daily workouts.
I like that it does not take too much space and is good for home use. The movements are smooth, and it feels comfortable to use. Overall, this is a good home gym for beginners or anyone who wants to exercise at home without going to the gym. I am happy with this

Q: Is this machine good for an apt life? As in: is it quiet enough that it won't disturb the neighbours if the apt. you live in is not very sound proof?

A: It is quiet. The only way it would be loud is if you lift the stack of weights and then let them drop; which isn't the correct way to work out. Your movements should be slow and controlled.

A: The manual is in the box. It is very important to follow the instruction otherwise, it is difficult to set it up.

Q: Can weight be added? Or, is the included 100lbs the maximum?

A: You won't be able to simply add more plates as the locking pin bar is only as long as the stack the machine comes with. Technically, you could add weight above the top weight plate but It wouldn't be able to rest directly on that top plate unless there is a hole in the middle as the locking pin bar sticks out above the top of the plate. That being said I do not know what the rated weight/strength of the cable is so adding more weight could result in damage/injury if it snaps.
