Taking my dog for morning jogs or night time walks has for sure had a safety factor lingering. After getting this vest I feel we are visible and reflective to anyone in our neighborhood. It doesn't feel tight around the waist or chest and I can see how it would be a good vest for long distance runners! It folds up easily and can go right in your pocket if needed. Highly recommend if you are wanting something quick and easy to add to your outdoor routine.

This vest is a harness which I wear outside my clothes. It is very lightweight and very easy to put on with the adjustable straps. Being a harness, it gives me a lot of flexibility. It has reflective strips and LED lights that either stay on or be set to flashing. With the LED lights, my outdoor run when it is dark is a lot safer.

I bought it but it was difficult to put on. (I only weigh 115 lb. I'm NOT obese.). A buckle at the waist line would open it up for easy access.
