    Good value for adjustable ankle/wrist weights

    These are very good value for the price. So far I have only used them as ankle weights. I love the fact that they are adjustable from 1 to 5 lbs just by adding or removing the bean bags. They stay neatly in place with the velcro cover. The closure straps that go around the wrist/ankle weight are quite long and a bit of a hassle but good and secure when they are on. I weigh around 120 lbs so they are loose fitting on my ankles, but they remain in place with running shoes on and don't move around. They would fit a much larger person, as well. They were comfortable during my workout and did not chafe.
