Grip Strength Training

I bought this simply to have something to do while watching TV. I'll use it at different settings in different positions to train all my fingers or just 2 fingers. It seems versatile. I don't know that I entirely believe that that spring is calibrated and is actually 90lbs. Because the 90lbs feels way too easy. Still though, handy to have and is getting used.
