I questioned whether a resistance band would make any difference to my workout. It does! These bands are comfortable and do I feel that my muscles and joints in hips and legs are getting a better workout.

The bands are very comfortable, colour coded with hard, medium and light band. They are also very light weight! Super easy to use! Its durability is great as well for using it for multiple weeks there is no signs of fraying or loss of tension! It’s super effective!

I don’t usually love resistance bands because they slip or roll off of me, and are just uncomfortable. But these ones are the real deal. They’re made out of a woven material so they’re very soft and comfortable, and they are very stretchy. I’m excited to make this part of my gym routine.

The WA:KE Resistance bands is good to carry with you in your gym bag when you do go to the gym to workout. The size is not too big or small. It is the perfect size. The inner side of the band has a grippy texture so that it doesn't slide off your thighs. The bands is not over stretchy or too tight. Therefore, it gives you good resistance when you use them.
