Durable and versatile bands

These resistances bands are thick, durable and great quality. I love the varying lengths and resistance levels as it makes it easy to adapt to different workouts and fitness levels. The bands have maintained their strength with use; they haven’t loosened with time. I would recommend them

These are literally perfect. There’s 3 different resistance levels and my mom also uses them to help with her frozen shoulder. They’re able to stretch really far and never snap or get all stretched out after using. It’s easy to use, wash, and they fold up nice and small for easy storage.

Full Body workout perfection!

I love these Wake rubber bands for workout, it's just as good as a bow flex only more versatile and easy to store, and it's compact enough to travel with. No assembly required, you just pull it out of the box, and you're good to go with a satisfying workout. The bands come in 3 levels of intensity, and they are perfect for whatever workout is required. It's low maintenance because they are so compact and easy to clean. I use them for squats, bicep, and tricep curls and situps. They are easy to hold onto, and my grip never slips, so they are highly ergonomic and perfect in addition to any workout. I am very satisfied with Wake and they make excellent high-quality products.

Easy and effective to use - just need more ideas o

After testing out the WA:KE Power Resistance Loop Set and I have enjoyed the three resistance levels. It’s so easy to switch up my routine—more reps with the lighter band, fewer reps with the heavier one, and my muscles definitely feel the difference. I work out at home for convenience (and less excuses) so adding this to my repertoire is great! My only wish: a guide or exercise library made for these larger loops. Most of what I found online was for the smaller mini bands, so I’m still hunting for new ways to use these. If you’ve got ideas or favourite moves, send them my way!
