I needed to bump up my octane for the drag strip in my Mustang so I can run a high octane tune, and I was able to run it at 98 octane without risk of pre-ignition as this is a reliable sure way to increase the octane

Q: Looking to see how much fuel this treats. It’s stated to raise octane 8 numbers but not how much fuel.

A: Using the info on the can, I add 8 ounces (1/$ can) to 5 US gallons of 91 octane to increase octane by 4 points. Takes 91 to 95 for my race quad. Works well in my opinion.
