Convenient and cost effective

This is the 3rd time I have purchased this not because it doesn't work but because they are great and cheaper than buying bottle water and a lot more convenient in the long run.
I have it on 2 of my water coolers and now another on a family members.
careful with the float on the bottom that controls the flow it might require some slight adjustment at first to make sure it doesn't cause no flow or a over flow situation. one its setup it work great.

Complicated

We bought this for our clinic last week, and the instructions aren't clear on setting up. That part isn't difficult, but the instructions gave it the impression it was. The water comes out of the filter slowly - only one stream, and one drip at a time. Not sure if that's a manufacturing flaw or if the process for rinsing the filter before install is incorrect - again the instructions weren't clear. The top part leaks, as well, which I suppose is why it says to not fill the top part when the bottom container is empty. It came with a plastic piece between the water jug and dispenser, and that seems to be for a standard water jug that isn't the Vitapur water jug; this was probably to make it more versatile. Once more, the instructions weren't clear on that.
No, I do not recommend this product.

It's OK

Two things I don't like about it the lights on front are very blinding and water comes out slow but it keeps the water nice and cold
