2nd Unit

Bought a unit, aft ER fb6 months it quit working, so I bought a new one, and returned the bad one. Well after about a year this one quit all together, it's been over a year, so guess I'll get as new one at the store again and return this one, maybe I'll get one that will last longer this time.

Almost but not quite

We have gotten this about 9 months ago and it of no where it has stopped dispensing properly, takes 5 minutes to fill a glass. Tried to call for support and could not get any human being. We loved this unit now not sure how to get help.
No, I do not recommend this product.

A: Blue light flashing means the water in the cold tank is being cooled. The light stops flashing, (turns solid blue) when the water reaches optimum temperature. (i.e. 6°C).

Q: how cold and how quick to dispense Re: Vitapur Countertop Water Cooler I would like to know how cold the water gets with this water cooler and how long it takes to fill a glass, as my current model takes a long time to fill and does not get that cold.

A: Once the water dispenser achieves the cold temperature the flow rate is 1.2L/min. The cooling capacity of the cold water tank is 800ml/min. The average cold water temperature is 6°C.
