don't buy this mop

I was excited to find a mop with a built-in wringer. however after using once I have decided to return it to the store. Vileda claims you do not have to get your hands wet. Wrong! the wringer is mostly ineffective and I had to hand wring after using the wringer on the mop, otherwise the floor would take forever to dry.
No, I do not recommend this product.

falls apart

I was excited about finding a mop like this,as I used to have a Libman, same style and loved it. However on the second time using the mop, it came apart from the handle, it appears to only be glued, so of course it's going to come apart when you submerge in water. I threw out my receipt so I can't even get my money back...don't waste your money on this cheaply made product!

Broke almost right away, vileda no help at all

This mop is advertised as being easy to use, which it is, until the mop head falls off. I got a hold of Vileda, and described the issue to them. They insisted on getting a picture. The first picture didn't work for some reason, so we resent another one. Each time we had to email them it would take a week for them to respond. Finally, after two months of discussing this issue, they agreed to replace the mop. A week later a $10 Vileda voucher arrives. As you can plainly see, this doesn't even cover the replacement price.

Broke within one month of light use.

This mop broke within one month of light use. The mop head is only glued to the handle which makes no sense whatsoever considering the pressure from the wringing action combined with the fact that it's a mop and it's constantly in contact with water when in use! Great concept but cheaply manufactured and so I'll be returning this mop.
