Cheaply made and poor quality. The pieces of wood started separating almost immediately after handwashing the very first time. Do not recommend.

A: Hello, As a Chef, I would not recommend dishwasher, nor soak in soapy water. It will crack when drying. you can use Kitchen Block Oil by Siege or olive oil and keep clean with a simple damp cloth. and then a dry rag. Re treat often as you would a Wok. Have Fun !
