Bad purchase

We purchased this coffee maker less than 2 months ago and it no longer works. Largest cup size no longer works and when a cup of brewing the grounds spray everywhere. Cleaning machine did not help.

Poor service

30 days ago

Purchased 2 months ago and unit now overheats. After calling the manufacturer for service I was told they would call me back to review the safety hazard. To date I have not received any call back or e mail from manufacturer. Very poor service for a poor product.

Stopped working after 3 cups of coffee

I brought this coffee maker back for a refund. It stopped working after running 3 cups of coffee through it. It made loud hissing sounds almost like a train whistle. The lights started blinking even after selecting the cup size and ground coffee button.
