Doesn’t work

Just garbage. The temperature settings are way off, left me drinking warm brown water. All of the temperatures are 25 degrees lower than actual.

Great product. It has variable times depending on how hot you need the water.and how much water you are boiling. Example green tea water needs to be less hot than black tea.

Why all the beeping?

Do you like your kettle to beep constantly? Let me guess: no. Same here. Who wants this feature?
Other than that, this kettle would be great. It looks nice, heats water quickly, etc. I wish there weren’t many temperature choices either but this feature at least isn’t intrusive (like the beeping).
No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: Is this glass electric kettle has a silicone seal on the bottom? Is it totally in glass with no seal?

A: I'm not sure I totally understand the question.but it does have plastic at the bottom of the kettle that connects with the base. It is not entirely glass. We are happy enough with it.

Q: How long is the power cord?

A: I didn't do an exact measurement, but the cord's a little longer than two feet. You can coil some of it up in the base, though, to help with counter space.
