Cannot hold the contents at all.

The mold doesn't hold the dough. It leaks out during cooking. Even two layers of parchment paper don't seal the clamp properly.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Leaks

I used this once and it ruined the crust on my cheesecake because the water leaked in. I gave it another chance and it leaked immediately as soon as i poured the batter in so its practically useless now
