Hard to Use

Not nearly as sharp as I would have thought. Everything gets stuck. I've tried peppers, carrots and potatoes. If you get exactly the right angle, it works well, but otherwise it's a huge struggle and gets stuck on every stroke. Definitely expected better from Paderno.

Save your money use a knife

Cheaply made, blades are sharp in the sense that they are definitely something to watch when cleaning but incredibly ineffective for cutting. The guard to hold your food when slicing is poorly made and when the item gets smaller it doesn’t hold it well enough to keep slicing.
The attachment with the straight blade and the small blades for the small chopped shape warped and bent as soon as I used it.
This thing struggled with cucumber and pepper.
Faster to use a knife at this point.
Not safe.
No, I do not recommend this product.
