I’ve had this helmet for about a month and so far so good. Comfortable fit, the shield doesn’t fog up and the chinstrap has a single click function that works easily. All around a good deal.

Q: In the 2nd picture it shows 2 helmets the 1st one has the clear bubble visor removed and a peak visor instead. Does that come with the helmet?. I can’t find it on the manufacturer’s site either

Q: How do we take the shield off the helmet on this vcancopper model? It does not have a pull up tab at the pivot point of the shield.

A: 1. To remove or install the shield, first rotated it upwards until it reaches the upmost position. On one side of the helmet, pull the locker handle inside the ratchet system downward, in the direction of the arrow. Repeat the same procedure on the other side of the shield. Then push the shield upward again so that the shield can pop up from the ratchet base. 2. To install the shield, place the shield in its upmost position and align both sides with the ratchet base. Next, push it inward towards the ratchet base with your palms and rotate the shield downward until the shield is locked with an audible click. 3. Once the shield is installed into its ratchet base on both sides, move it upwards and downwards several times to make sure that it works correctly.
