A: This product carries a one year exchange warranty. You can take it back to your local CT store along with your receipt for an exchange.

Q: Can these lights be aimed directly down, for example onto a counter, when installed in the ceiling? Or can they only be angled?

A: The 4 lights are fully adjustable and can be angled to point in different directions. They would be able to be positioned in a way that the light can shine down but it might not be perfectly straight down because the head can only be angled back to a certain point.
