Q: It comes with the chain but what else do I need to hang this from my ceiling? Okay so I'm going to hang it to a wooden beam, it comes with the chain, but does it come with the stuff that I drill into the wooden beam that the chain connects to? If not, can I use the everlast heavy bag ceiling mount that I've included?

A: The UFC 70 lb. MMA Training Bag does come with chains attached to the bag. Two options for hanging the bag are the Century Heavy Bag Stand (84-0603) as well as the Century Heavy Bag Wall Mount System (84-0678).
