Q: I have motion sensor lid garbage can. The lid wouldn't open after batteries changed. Customer service said return it. Same with replacement. Tried removing batteries and pressing power. Now the lid won't open fully. Suggestions?

  • A: My only advice would be to return it and get your money back. I've had one for a little more than a year (I think) and it does the same thing. Pain to open it and it only works when I walk past . But that's my opinion,
