Q: How do you get the slow open and the stay open lid options to work?

A: The step controls the slow open and close. If you want the lid to stay open and no slow close, you have to go over 90 angle. This way it does not activate the slow closing option.

I love this garbage can. It holds alot of garbage. The pedal is perfect. Not to hard to lift the lid. I like that.

If it wasn’t on sale I would have returned them. Not worth 99.99$

100$ for a cheaply made plain garbage can?? It’s not air right. When you step on the pedal the lid smashes open. I bought two for garbage and recycling and I’m not impressed at all.
