Found the material hard to pick up without a sufficient handle. Top doesn’t fit great but seems to be because the bottom is bent slightly. Will be fine for stacking and storing.

Q: Can anyone advise how secure the lid is when it is attached? I have purchased bins before for moving and don't want to have to tape the lids on! Help appreciated!

  • A: I used them for lightweight home storage and the lid is ok. Cannot overload as material is not very sturdy. For moving purposes I would suggest taping for added security.

Q: What is the type of plastic and is it food safe? Looking to use it to grow plants but do not want plastic to degrade

  • A: Hello , The tote is made of polypropylene plastic. Our storage totes, unlike our food storage containers, are not food safe FDA certified.
