A part of the rack had broken when I opened the box. Though, thanks to a person of the customer service who was kind and helpful , it was replaced with a new one.

Great, sturdy space-saver drying rack

Very pleased with this rack, easy installation and looks extremely sturdy for heavy laundry drying. Very space efficient, vertical and tall, compact. The plastic joints look durable.

Drying Rack

Sturdier than lots of other tacks I have used. It has wheels for moving which is a plus. The directions were a bit confusing. The instructions said I should have 3 sets of poles (ABC) but I only had AB. I decided to keep going since 3 would be way too tall for me. I think they have not updated the instructions cuz it went together okay.
