Two have broken

Love the design (great for small spaces) but over less than one season of use as a front hall coat rack, it became loose and wobbly, stripped at the screw. Thought maybe it was just a bad one I got, so tried again and the same thing happened. I tried to find a contact to get replacement parts but couldn’t so now it’s scrap metal.

Quite happy with it, looks good and easy to put together. Feels fairly stable, I'm not hanging the super heavy big winter coats on it, but it holds the lighter winter coats and spring jackets well. I did find the white paint flakes a bit if you tighten the poles a bit too much, but it's not too bad or noticeable
