A: No it’s open at the bottom (no floor), and there is a gap at the top under the flap where the 3 zippers come together. Still I found it to be a surprisingly sturdy product made of strong material.

A: At this time we do not carry replacement poles for this particular garment rack. Because the item ships from overseas, it would not be cost-effective to ship a single replacement rod.
