Great but doesn't last long

The design is very nice and the tray is great; running smoothly. Unfortunately, the handles, build quality, and materials leave much to be desired. The handles are not securely locked into the bins and so fall off constantly. The plastic of the bins is too brittle and so starts cracking over time. Overall, the unit is good for a couple of years and then needs to be replaced.

No, I do not recommend this product.

The biggest issue is the lids. They break off easily at the hinge within a year of use. Don't waste your time trying to find replacement lids. You won't.

The bins were easy to install. They fit in the under sink cupboard with all the plumbing pipes, but they are very small.

  • A: The width is not 8.86 inches. The box shows the actual dimensions and the width is 10 inches. My review shows a picture of the actual dimensions on the box.

Q: Does the base come out easily without having to unbolt the entire thing so that the cupboard can be cleaned? We have an older version from a different store and cleaning under and behind the bins has been a real hassle.

  • A: The base slides forward and the bins come out so you could then clean the cupboard around the steel rails that are bolted in. However, with any type of secured pull-out storage, you will always have the steel rails or hardware in the way. If you want something that comes completely out for cleaning, then pull out storage might not be the right fit.
