We got a return.

The good: It looks alright and does the job of giving space to organize.
The bad: Assembly was miserable, in part due to the fact that we got a return where the person that tried to assemble it previously put the wrong knobs and rings in the wrong tubes, and they REALLY put them in there. It should not have been sold to us this way. In the face of this issue, we persevered and got all the pieces back apart and assembled it properly. Installing it proved to be trial and error, because it is extremely tall, I would assume for most showers. We had to omit an entire piece of pipe and it exists in our shower due to our creativity alone. Even so, it feels a little flimsy. I can't speak to how it holds up over time yet.
No, I do not recommend this product.

ASSEMBLY was a little difficult as I have arthritis in my hands and it took 2 of us to get it in place. Other than that I am very pleased with the product.

Q: What is the minimum height of the pole and are the shelves/caddies adjustable.

A: The pile fits a corner shower ceiling to ground or a tub shower from tub siding to wall. For the tub side to wall I removed a pole portion to shorten it and the baskets are adjustable to your own heights using rubber grubs that hold the basket shelves. I use big bottles and all my stuff I put in one basket and have never had problems.

Q: Is there a detailed video instruction on how to put this together after a wife opened everything and kids played with it. So now nothing is labeled or semi put together.

Q: Is it normal for the pole to sag about an inch in the middle? it's quite tight and flush against the corners at the top and bottom but the rest leans out slightly and it doesn't look as nice as it does in the pictures. Thanks
