Trailer Gate Fell Off - Company ignoring warranty

The trailer gate fell off while towing; going into oncoming traffic but thankfully Noone was there at the time.
Submitted a warranty claim which after 2 weeks I had to call into the company to get a response. They confirmed via pictures that it was a failure of their product and said that that gate design was known to do that and they would repair it.
After 2 months of waiting they finally said that they are replacing it with a new gate and I can dispose of the damaged original one.
Now 3 months after that I still have no contact from them and no warranty repair on my trailer. They have gone completely silent and seem to have forgotten about me. Since they told me to get rid of the old gate I dont even have a gate I can ask some actual good trailer shop to repair.
So 5+ months and no solution from them.
True North (PJ Trailer) has left me in the dark. Don't buy the trailer; you won't be helped when you inevitably purchase a defective product.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Need better tires

I bought this trailer back in May to replace my current trailer that was a bit too small for my UTV. Headed across Canada this week like I do every year. Tires did not last any time before the 1st one blew out 2000kms into trip. Second one blew out around another 1000kms later. I have been doing this trip for the last 30 years and have never had a blow out, let alone 2 on the same trip.
Only thing I will advise, is to put better tires on if you will be traveling any distances.
Very disappointed in this trailer because I never would have expected such cheap tires to be put on. Cost me 450.00 to replace 2 tires and a rim

Good light trailer for the toys and tractor. All LED lights. only issue is the mesh on the loading gate should be made from one piece. It is 3 pieces. It may need reinforcement in the future. Great service from Canadian Tire on purchase. They ran it through the shop to check all the bolts, tires, and installed the license plate for me. Pulls great
