Great for using while watching tv. A lot more convenient to use than my foam roller. I recommend watching some YouTube videos on the most effective way to use it.

Shorter then advertised

Having experienced Foam rollers myself .Wife and I decided to try this item .It does what it is designed to do but unfortunately the description of item is wrong. Smaller than advertised. I also own a Grid X STK and a bunch of actual foam rollers. Do your research so you are not replacing your rollers often. This brand really is the best on the market.
