A: Firstly, did you check your batteries and try a new set? Otherwise, I learned the hard way .... ALWAYS save your receipts, take it back to Canadian Tire with your proof of purchase and they should replace it. Good luck!

Q: We bought this but the treemote and the outlet box aren't syncing. The treemote let lights up red when we push the button and the outlet box turns the lights on and off by way of that button but the treemote won't turn the lights on nor off. Any tips?

A: Make sure the pull tab is out on the hand held remote to ensure the battery is engaged. Check to make sure that the outdoor electrical outlet is working, or try the other outlet.
