Roof rack mount 2024 dodge ram 1500

This product did not work. The bracket would slip off the mounting location.

Great Quality Rack

Had this for a month now and have been using it to haul my 17' canoe on my truck. It works great and is very stable with zero wind noise loaded or empty. I also have a tool box on my truck the rack works great with using the optional tool box mounting kit. The only thing I wish this rack had was padded crossbars because they are scratching the canoe gunwales during loading/unloading and scratching the black powder coat off the top surface of the crossbar. I will have to wrap my own foam or something around them. All in all very happy with it, though!

Solid construction- lazy manufacturing

Bought this two weeks ago, works great. However the quality control seems to be lacking. 3 of the bolts would not go into the holes meant for them. Some powder coating had gotten into them and gummed up the threads. Had to go get a tap and die set to rethread the holes. Not what you’d expect for a brand new product

I had a Thule rack on a truck I purchased used and it was perfect as a canoe rack. I recently bought a 2023 Tacoma and wanted to add the rack. I read a couple reviews that mention issues with powder coating in the threads. When I received my rack and the separate adapters for the Tacoma, I was worried because I could see some powder coating that was possibly over-sprayed. I watched a video on YouTube that recommended using anti-seize lubricant when installing. Not sure if it made the install easier, but I was able to starts EVERY screw by hand and the finish up with a drill using a 7/32 allen bit. It went together easily and quickly and looks awesome!
