More than a tool holder

Well made, quick & easy to attach/detach and reposition. Ideal for levels but it can accommodate an expansive variety of items that fit inside of its inner dimensions of (roughly) 1-3/4” x 3-1/4”, including pipe, brooms and sledgehammers to name a few. The 4 weeping holes in the base should allow for any water to drain away. Well thought out.
