Just purchased the new Tinks E-Scent dispenser and dominant buck refill cartridges and used it today. As I could not find any info on this product , I thought I'd post my experience. First off package is vague on details so here's the scoop. Open red lid and open the black stopper under it that is attached to the bottle, inside you will find a rod that looks like an e-cigarette and a scent cartridge. From the package remove the USB adapter and screw it on to the end of the rod. Plug into your USB in the truck and let it charge up. When you have it charged unscrew the USB adapter and your ready for the cartridge. Remove the soft rubber caps from both ends and screw the cartridge and rod together snug , now make sure the cartidge end goes into the bottle it has the small hole , the other end is grey and will be facing you. Slip the black rubber stopper over the rod and place into the bottle ,make sure you have a 1/4 inch depth from the grey end to plug top. Now your ready to go, squeeze bulb slowly and gently a few times till smoke appears , slow and gently works better, nothing happens pumping it aggressively. I got a good breeze behind me and that smoke travelled a long way. It's good for 400 pump applications and I found it quite strong so a shots in the wind really travels and makes good cover scent as well . I think it's the best yet and better than the liquid scent . When your done remove cartidge and place caps on the ends . Hope this helps try it out it's worth the money .
