Acheter depuis près de 6 mois et c’est le meilleur aspirateur que j’ai pu avoir. Comparer a une dyson et une samsung, surtout sur les cheveux ou poils de chien rien ne reste pris dans le balais avec son système qui coupe les cheveux.

Customer service is a joke

When I tried to get help over the phone line the person who was supposed to know something about the product knew less than I did as an owner of the unit for less than a day, and everyone in that office had very poor English. I am very concerned about being able to get help or service if something goes wrong with this product within the two years it is supposed to be under warranty. Very concerned!! If I could I'd bring it back now but I threw out the box. It is not so much that it's a bad product, it's that the instructions tell you nothing you would initially want to know, and customer service is a joke. Good luck!

Good Overall, small issues

Powerful and works well on hardwood and carpet floors. Struggles and will stop working on low-pile rugs. So overall very happy with it but a bit frustrating that for some parts of the house another vacuum has to be used still.

Self cleaning!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This the absolute best vacuum I have ever owned. I love the power level button. It’s so easy to use, it’s lightweight, and best of all…. It’s self cleaning! The battery life is great too. It’s also small enough to fit in the tight spots. I highly recommend!
