Good choice for the tiki lamps, especially when on sale

I really like these as they are virtually smokeless, don't have a strong smell and they burn fairly steady in the tiki lamps. 1 bottle is more than enough for 2 lamps to burn for at least 6-8hrs.
I picked up a bunch on a clearance sale so I'll have more than enough to do me for a while.
Having 2 or 3 lamps burning at a time seems to help keep the mosquitos away (most of them).
The lack of smoke and the associated soot makes these a good choice.

Misnamed "Citronella" Torch Fuel

This item is advertised as "Citronella Torch Fuel" but there is no citronella listed in the product ingredients?? Could be a nice torch fuel for light and ambiance, but not for keeping mosquitoes away.
No, I do not recommend this product.

TIKI Brand BiteFighter torch fuels provides proven mosquito repellency with most TIKI Brand torches and table torches. However, there are factors that affect repellency such as temperatures, wind, and mosquito density. We typically recommend spacing your torches 4’- 6’ feet apart and allowing the Torch Fuel to burn for up to 15 minutes for the best results. -TIKI Brand
