Q: Does this fit a 1999 ford f250 5.4 l
3 years agoA: Thank you for your inquiry. The Thrush 24256 Rattler is a universal muffler and does not have an application. The 24256 Muffler has 4" ID inlet & outlet. You will have to check the size of the pipes on your vehicle to see if it matches the 24256. Modification will have to be made to make sure the muffler fits and functions properly
